So this week has probably been the most productive and exciting week of the whole project.

I have finally finished adding the images to the brochure, done a final check on the content and sent it off for print. I had a little bit of a heart attack day when I didn’t hear from the printer one of the days after I had asked for clarification on something about the print but he eventually got back to me and I was able to pick up the final printed stacks on Friday.

After my minor panic day, I really buckled down and readied the final version of the brochure by drilling the holes in the covers and pages so that I could add the kimono fabric to the front cover and finish off with the binding.

I’m really happy with the final outcome and think the brochure looks really good, I had a little mishap with the glue on the fabric causing pools, it’s quite noticeable on the front but that’s what comes with inexperience.

I had also wanted to get a more ‘affordable’ version made which would be a lot easier to make but because it took so long to finish the brochure design I had to put it off for now but I have created some mock-up images to illustrate what I would have wanted from it.
